With a background in technology, accounting and corporate taxation, Diane has advised startup, mid-stage, and large multi-national corporations in a variety of industries, including publishing, media, internet services, education, hospitality, construction, nonprofit, and manufacturing. In the nonprofit arena, Diane has served on several Boards and as an Executive Director for a national educational nonprofit.
Diane is also a published author of over a dozen books published by McGraw-Hill and Prentice Hall, and is a sought-after speaker. She earned a B.S. from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a double major in Accounting and Computer Science, and passed the CPA exam shortly thereafter in PA.
Diane volunteers with the Red Cross Rescue Racers, running in the annual Myrtle Beach Marathon to raise funds for Red Cross. An avid reader, Diane resides in the Myrtle Beach area with her husband and son.
